Public Health etc. (Scotland) Act -Responses to the Designation of Competent Persons Regulations 2008

We recieved 55 responses to the consultation in total, all the responses from organisations and individuals who agreed to make their responses public can be viewed below.

The Public Health Act Implementation Team are currently working on a report on the consultation responses and this will be available on the website by the end of October.

The responses can also be viewed in hard copy by visiting the Scottish Executive Library, K Spur, Saughton House, Broomhouse Drive, Edinburgh. An appointment can be made to view the responses by contacting the Library on 0131 244 4552.

We will write out to all interested parties to let them know that the responses are currently available on the internet or in hard copy at the Library.
