Partnership objectives
- What do you think the school is trying to achieve through 'School of Ambition' status?
- Has the school shared its plans for 'transformation'/priorities for change with you?
- What do you think the school is trying to achieve through your involvement?
Partnership working: facilitating and inhibiting factors
- Were there any challenges in planning and implementing the partnership work with the school?
- What factors have inhibited your work with the school? What has or can be done to address these inhibiting factors?
- What factors have facilitated your work with the school/ help them move towards their transformation goals?
Progress and outcomes to date
- What do you think would count as success for the SoA in this school (bearing in mind earlier coverage of priorities)
- Do you think there is any evidence that the initiative has had an impact concerning the intended aims?
- What have been the benefits of partnership working (RE: SoA) for:

Sustainability of the initiative
