Conclusion
16. The majority of respondents seemed to favour option 1 which at 50% had the highest number or respondents in favour. Option 2 was the second most popular option with 22% of respondents favouring it. Option 3 was overwhelmingly rejected as not a single respondent favoured this option.
17. Ministers will now consider in detail the results of the consultation and whether to legislate for change.
