Publication Schemes

Each Scottish public authority will be required to adopt and maintain a publication scheme setting out how it intends to publish the different classes of infomation it holds, and whether there is to be a charge for the information. A timetable for submission of schemes to the Scottish Information Commissioners was announced in Chapter 2 of the Report to the Scottish Parliament on progress on Implementation of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
