Director Public service Reform
Ruth Parsons
The Public Service Reform & Efficiency Directorate is headed by Ruth Parson and has responsibility for the accountability, governance, structures and funding of local government and its partners including public bodies, the development of reform strategy for the public sector and efficiency and business transformation within public services, including the development and delivery of the Efficient Government programme. It aims to contribute towards the delivery of world class public services in Scotland by securing efficient service delivery.
The Directorate is structured into five divisions including:
