Paul Gray
Change and Corporate Services Directorate (CCS) is headed by Paul Gray and provides a wide range of support services for the Scottish Government. Its aim is to create the conditions that will enable the Scottish Government to successfully deliver the National Outcomes by striving to deliver an excellent working environment and high quality professional advice, assistance and support, for the organisation and its staff.
Headed by Paul Gray, CCS is structured into four divisions each led by a different Deputy Director including:
- Facilities & Estate Services
- Human Resources Division
- Information Systems and Information Services
- SCS Pay, Performance & Development & Corporate Learning Services
